About me
Catherine is a Civil Servant currently serving in the Cabinet Office. With a background in anthropology, international strategy and security, Catherine has dedicated her career to transforming how governments approach opportunities and challenges to improve impact. She has served five of the last seven prime ministers in strategy- and systems reform-related roles. As founder of a cross-government Participatory Methods Forum, Catherine is committed to improving participation. She pursues her interest in leveraging culture for impact as a Visiting Fellow at King’s College London. Catherine speaks several languages, grew up in Northern Ireland. She lives in Devon with her family
