About me
Kaj Arnö is a software industry generalist and currently the CEO of the MariaDB Foundation. Prior to co-founding MariaDB, Arnö has a long Open Source database experience as the former Vice President of the MySQL Community at MySQL AB, Sun Microsystems and Oracle Corporation. Arnö is also a prolific columnist contributing to several newspapers in Finland.
