Paul has over 25 years' experience of advising on digital transformation and cloud
implementation projects, data privacy and associated regulatory issues. In the
energy sector, he has advised on smart-meter roll-out projects, EV charging
projects and related energy regulatory and data privacy projects: his clients in this sector include Smart DCC, Morrison
Data Services, Morrison Energy Services, SSE, ESP Utilities Group and Switch EV.
His financial services experience focuses on cryptocurrency projects, mobile payments and advising on merchant
acquiring, contactless payments and remittance via mobile projects - he has acted for retail banks, mobile network operators and retail businesses on a range of crypto, mobile payments, mobile wallet, merchant acquiring and e-
money arrangements.
